Exordia Cloud is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards for public pages and core product workflows. We also aim to align with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and applicable ADA requirements.
Exordia Cloud partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conforms" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, as described in the Known Limitations section below.

Accessibility is evaluated through a combination of automated testing tools (axe-core, Lighthouse), manual keyboard and screen reader testing, and ongoing code review against WCAG criteria. Our most recent internal accessibility review was conducted in February 2026.
Accessibility is part of our ongoing product development process. We perform regular checks and remediate identified issues as part of normal release cycles.
Some areas may not yet fully meet our accessibility target, particularly complex interactive features such as the rich text editor and drag-and-drop interfaces. If you encounter an issue, we will provide a workaround and prioritize remediation.
A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is not currently available. If your organization requires a VPAT for procurement, please contact us and we will work to provide one.
Contact us at [email protected] with subject line "Accessibility Request". Please include the page URL and a brief description of the issue. We will respond to accessibility-related requests within 10 business days.
